At Desert Paramours Tours Company, we understand that travel plans can change. We aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund and cancellation terms.
1. General Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your booking by emailing us at [info@desertparamours.com] or contacting us directly. Cancellation charges apply based on how far in advance you notify us.
For Day Tours and Excursions:
More than 72 hours before tour: Full refund
48–72 hours before tour: 50% refund
Less than 48 hours before tour: No refund
For Multi-Day Tours and Custom Packages:
More than 14 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable expenses (e.g., hotel deposits, third-party bookings)
14–30 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
2. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up at the scheduled departure time or location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
3. Force Majeure
No refunds will be given for cancellations due to events beyond our control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Political unrest or war
Health emergencies or pandemics
Government travel restrictions
In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule your tour or offer a credit voucher for future travel.
4. Cancellations by Us
If Desert Paramours Tours Company cancels a tour for any reason, including insufficient bookings or safety concerns:
You will receive a full refund, or
Be offered the option to reschedule or receive a travel credit
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
Any third-party booking fees are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers:
Cancellations
Delays
Medical expenses
Lost belongings
